DELIVERY
​
We offer delivery worldwide. Stock permitting, most orders can be delivered within 2-5 working days, however please allow extra time for our custom items as they may need to be made especially for you. If your order is being shipped outside of the UK, please allow extra time for delivery and be mindful that customs charges may be applicable.

We try to keep delivery costs as simple as possible, and countries with online checkout will find the prices in the table below.

If your order contains a pre-order, then all items will be sent together when the pre-order releases.

We cannot deliver to PO Box address and please remember, like most retailers, our deliveries do require a signature.
​
We trust our couriers (who we know and love!) to deliver our products to you in perfect condition. However, damages do very occasionally occur in transit. Therefore, when receiving deliveries please check for damages to the outer box before signing the receipt. If there is visible damage please sign and write "outer damaged" below your signature. If you have a moment to open the parcel and check the contents it's always advisable but if you're pushed for time please write "contents unchecked" below your signature.
If you've not received your order within 7 working days and have not heard from us regarding a delay to your order, please contact us ASAP and we will follow-up with our couriers on your behalf to save your phone bill!
We ask that you contact us within 21 days of placing your order otherwise we will be unable to use our couriers 'track & trace' system to locate a missing parcel and therefore unable to replace or refund any missing goods after this time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are very happy to refund or exchange items you are not entirely happy with and we will gladly pay postage on any defective item. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a purchased item and wish to return or exchange it, you will be responsible for return postage. Postage costs are non-refundable.
In these cases all items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unopened with the original packaging intact and in a resalable condition.

Custom made, commission pieces, and made to order works (including our ice creams) are non-refundable once the order has started.
Some of our items are shipped to you at a discounted courier charge. However in the unlikely event of returning one of these items, you will be responsible for the full cost of the delivery. If you're unsure on an exact colour match or size of any of the items please don't hesitate to contact us prior to order and we'll endeavor to assist.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Any contract will be communicated in English.

We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of www.littlebigart.co.uk, however we cannot guarantee uninterrupted and totally reliable access, and so therefore can not guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of mistakes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Little Big Art disclaim all warranties; expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on and will accept no liability for any loss or damage arising as a result of problems with access.

Little Big Art have made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different PC's and monitors reproduce colours in slightly different ways. Exact colour matches are not yet possible. When you order products from the www.littlebigart.co.uk, colours may differ from what you see on the screen.

All product dimensions are stated as accurately as possible, however sometimes product sizes do vary slightly. If you have issues relating to fitting our products into a particular space please contact andy@littlebigart.co.uk for additional product details as Little Big Art cannot be held responsible for size issues after products are dispatched.

We may periodically offer discounts, promotions or 'sale prices' using checkout codes or clearly marked reductions to the normal price. Such discounts apply only to existing stock and may be withdrawn at our discretion without notice. Current discounts and promotions can only be applied singly; two or more discounts may not be used for the same purchase.

Little Big Art shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Little Big Art shall not be liable to any person for any incidental costs or expenses incurred by late or non arrival of couriers or postal services for delivery or collection of parcels.
